Dechert Advises Olgram in €1.5 Million Fundraising
Dechert advised Olgram, a French biotech company that develops algae-based anti-infectives, in connection with its €1.5 million fundraising. The investors include bpifrance, the Brittany region and a number of business angels, including Hervé Balusson.
This fundraising will allow Olgram to continue its R&D work to develop a new generation of marine-based anti-infectives, able to fight chronic relapses.
Dechert national partner Xavier Leroux and associate Johann Gandilhon advised Olgram on the legal aspects of the transaction.
