Dechert Advises Bentley Systems on Acquisition of sensemetrics

Dechert advised infrastructure engineering software company Bentley Systems Incorporated on its acquisition of sensemetrics, a leading provider of software for Internet of Things (IoT) applications used extensively in infrastructure.
