Dechert Advises American Express Global Business Travel

Dechert is advising American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) in connection with shareholder arrangements and the long term strategic commercial agreement between it and Expedia in relation to GBT’s proposed acquisition of Egencia. The proposed deal, announced May 4, is subject to consultation by Expedia Group and Egencia with their applicable employee representatives, as well as customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals.
