Dechert Advises Seppic in Acquisition of EPI France

Dechert advised Seppic, an affiliate of the Air Liquid group, in connection with its acquisition of EPI France (Extraction Purification Innovation France), a French family-owned company specialized in the development and manufacture of active ingredients of natural origin for the nutricosmetics and beauty care markets.
