Dechert Advises Invoke's Majority Shareholders on its Sale
Dechert advised Stéphane Allez and Rémi Lacour, the two founders of the regulatory, financial and tax reporting software publisher Invoke, in connection with its takeover by the funds ISAI Expansion and Sagard NewGen, alongside Raphaël de Talhouët, who has been Invoke's CEO for the past two years.
ISAI Expansion and Sagard NewGen are taking a majority stake in Invoke with a pari passu investment. Bpifrance is also taking a minority stake in the company via a unitranche financing. The transaction will support Invoke's growth ambitions, particularly internationally.
