Dechert Advises Natixis on the Responsible Financing of the Acquisition by Powerhouse Habitat of a Residential Portfolio From EDF

Dechert advised Natixis on the financing of the acquisition by Powerhouse Habitat of a residential portfolio of 16 assets from EDF representing 380 housing units and more than 31,000 square meters of living space, valued at €218 million.
The transaction involved the acquisition by Powerhouse Habitat (an institutional real estate company managed by Scaprim, a French subsidiary of TwentyTwo Real Estate group) of an 85 percent stake in SCI César IDF from EDF, with EDF retaining 15 percent as part of a partnership.
The financing of this transaction was provided by Natixis in the context of a responsible financing agreement of €101 million reflecting CSR commitments.
