Dechert Advises Quest Diagnostics in Acquisition of Summa Health’s Outreach Lab Services Business

Dechert advised Quest Diagnostics in its definitive agreement to acquire select assets of Summa Health’s outreach laboratory services business, referred to as LabCare Plus, in an all-cash transaction.
Earlier this year, Dechert also advised Quest in the acquisition of Pack Health.
Quest Diagnostics is a leading provider of diagnostic information services. Summa Health is a large integrated healthcare delivery system based in Ohio.
The Dechert team advising Quest Diagnostics included corporate partner Michael Darby and associate Mary Burgoyne.
