Dechert Advises Sinar Mas on Its US$250 Million Investment in DANA

Dechert has advised PT. Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk and other affiliates of Sinar Mas on their US$250 million investment in PT. Elang Andalan Nusantara (“EAN”), the company whose subsidiary operates Indonesian e-wallet DANA.
