Dechert advised SEMCAP Food & Nutrition on SEMCAP’s investment in Good Culture's US$64 Million Series C funding alongside MannaTree.
SEMCAP Food & Nutrition invests growth equity in innovative food companies that support sustainable modern health and a better future for food. Good Culture is a certified BCorp which has been producing flavored cottage cheese and sour cream through regenerative agriculture since 2015.
