Dechert Advises Cathay Capital in the Sale of the Cenexi Group

Dechert advised Cathay Capital, a global investment firm, in connection with the sale of the Cenexi group to the Indian group Gland Pharma, controlled by the Chinese conglomerate Fosun.
Cenexi is a French CDMO specialized in the manufacture of sterile and injectable pharmaceutical products.
The completion of the sale is subject to the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals.
