Dechert Advises Arkema in its Acquisition of Arc Building Products in Ireland

Dechert advised the French chemicals group, Arkema, in connection with its project to acquire, through its Irish subsidiary Bostik Industries Limited, the Irish manufacturer Arc Building Products, which specializes in tile adhesives, floor preparation systems, building chemicals, and sealing and bonding solutions. This transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024.

Dechert's team, which included partner Ermine Bolot and associate Yona Elfassi, advised Arkema on M&A aspects.
