Dechert Ranked #1 Issuer Counsel and #1 Underwriter Counsel for CRE CLOs

Dechert LLP has been ranked the #1 Issuer Counsel and #1 Underwriter Counsel for commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs) in the 1H 2026 league tables published by Commercial Mortgage Alert.

The latest rankings reflect the firm's continued leadership advising issuers, underwriters, asset managers and other market participants on complex CRE CLO transactions across the United States. Dechert appeared as issuer counsel on 12 deals, up from eight at last year's midpoint, and advanced two places from year-end to top the CRE CLO underwriter-counsel standings with credit for nine deals.
