Lawsuit Seeks to Void the Executive Order on Reducing Regulation

A suit was filed on February 9, 2017, to challenge the Executive Order on Reducing Regulation that would significantly restrict future rulemaking activity (the “2 for 1” Order). The suit seeks to invalidate the Order on a range of grounds and enjoin agencies from complying with the Order.
