Resolutions Disapproving of DOL Rules Regarding State-Sponsored IRAs Passed in the House

The U.S. House of Representatives passed two resolutions (H.J. Res. 66 and H.J. Res. 67) on February 15, 2017, disapproving of DOL rules intended to exempt from ERISA coverage certain IRA-style retirement plans for private-sector workers sponsored by states and subdivisions thereof.
