Senate and House Bills would Repeal the Congressional Review Act

Bills introduced in the Senate and House would repeal the Congressional Review Act (CRA) under which Congress may disapprove rules issued by federal agencies. Prior to the current Congress only one rule was disapproved. During the current Congress fourteen rules have been disapproved under the CRA.
