US Rejects International Court of Justice Ruling on Iran, Continuing its Isolationist Charge

Dechert Senior Director, Roger Matthews, speaks to CNBC following the U.S. rejecting a ruling stating that U.S. sanctions would allow exemptions for supplies to be sent to Iran. Mr Matthews argues that there is little room for the ICJ or Iran to enforce it if the U.S. disregards this ruling.

Mr. Matthews has extensive international and EU sanctions experience, and currently advises a range of large multinational companies on both ensuring sanctions compliance and on specific strategic and contentious issues.
