Commentary on European and German Antitrust Law (2020)

The 4th edition (2020) takes into account the 9th reform of the GWB (German Act against Restraints of Competition), which is based on three pillars:

  • Strengthening private antitrust enforcement by implementing the EU Damages Directive
  • New standards for competition law in the digital era including new merger control thresholds
  • A revision of the provisions on fines.

Dechert partner Clemens Graf York von Wartenburg contributed the chapters on Articles 4 and 11-17 of the EU Merger Regulation. The table of contents as well as further information on the new edition can be found on the website of C.H. Beck (in German).
