Adesulu (Sulu) Adewole is an associate in Dechert's finance and real estate group, focusing his practice on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs).
Mr. Adewole has experience representing issuers, underwriters and arrangers, mortgage loan sellers, b-piece buyers and asset managers in a wide range of financing matters, including CLO new issue deals, CLO refinancings, warehouse financings and other asset-backed securitization matters.
Mr. Adewole was a Dechert summer associate in 2023.

- Veteran’s Discharge Screening – Reviewed discharge upgrade materials for veterans in collaboration with NVLSP.
