Arwa Abdelmoula focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions. She has counseled major financial institutions, private equity funds and other institutional lenders in mortgage loan origination secured by a wide variety of real estate assets, including office buildings, industrial, multifamily, single-family rental, hospitality and retail properties, as well as in connection with mezzanine loan origination. Ms. Abdelmoula also has significant experience representing lenders and borrowers with respect to warehouse and repurchase facilities, for both domestics loans and loans issued in foreign currencies and secured by non-U.S. properties.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Abdelmoula was an attorney in the New York office of an international law firm.
