David Aloyts

David Aloyts is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice, where he focuses on asset‑backed securitizations, public and private securitizations and other structured transactions. Mr. Aloyts represents a broad range of financial institutions, including issuers, borrowers, lenders, sponsors and asset managers in a variety of U.S. and cross‑border direct lending and structured finance transactions.

Mr. Aloyts has significant experience representing fintech clients and advises across a range of sectors and asset classes, including unsecured consumer loans, corporate loans, auto loans and leases, trade receivables, litigation funding, structured settlements, real estate and whole business securitizations.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Aloyts was an associate at another global law firm.
