Jay Arora

Jay Arora is an associate in Dechert’s litigation group where he focuses on complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and employment/ERISA litigation.

Mr. Arora maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in asylum and other immigration matters and advising artists through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

Mr. Arora earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as a Managing Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Poverty Law & Policy.
