Christopher (Chris) A. Braham represents employers across all stages of employment litigation, from single-plaintiff lawsuits to complex putative class actions. Mr. Braham brings a strategic, results-oriented approach to defending organizations in high-stakes disputes.
Mr. Braham defends clients against claims involving meal and rest period violations, wage and bonus disputes, off-the-clock work, misclassification, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and trade secret misappropriation. He advocates for employers in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies including the California Civil Rights Division and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
