David Beach

David Beach represents clients in complex employment and labor litigation.

Mr. Beach defends companies in individual, collective and class action litigation involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act and related state and local employment laws. He also represents companies in trade secret litigation and matters involving non-compete, non-solicit and other post-employment restrictive covenants.

Mr. Beach advises companies navigating union organizing campaigns and election proceedings, unfair labor practice investigations and trials, and labor arbitrations involving contract disputes and terminations. He also counsels clients on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including strategic planning for unionized operations, personnel policies and practices, and employment contracts.
