Freddy Bouttell
Freddy Bouttell advises clients on a range of corporate matters with a focus on private equity transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and private equity portfolio issues.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Bouttell was an associate in the private equity group at another U.S. law firm. He has also been an associate with a leading law firm in London and completed a secondment with a global asset manager in London.
