
Michael J. Binko focuses his practice on a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters. He helps design retirement plans, equity-based compensation plans, profit sharing plans and severance plans. Mr. Binko advises on the tax implications of executive compensation plans and represents senior executives in employment and severance negotiations. He has experience representing clients with respect to employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Mr. Binko also works with financial services organizations on ERISA fiduciary issues.
