Noah Becker focuses his practice on multi-district litigation, products liability and mass tort matters.
Mr. Becker’s experience includes representing GlaxoSmithKline as part of the lead national counsel team in an ongoing MDL in the Southern District of Florida concerning the FDA’s market withdrawal of Zantac, an antacid medication.
Mr. Becker is a regular contributor to the product liability and mass torts group’s newsletter, Dechert Re:Torts.
Mr. Becker was a Dechert summer associate in 2018. Prior to joining Dechert, he was a summer intern for the Honorable Kevin J. Carey in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
