Rivka Brandwein

Rivka Brandwein is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. She advises on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds across a range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge funds, in both U.S. and offshore jurisdictions. She also counsels private funds on regulatory and compliance matters under U.S. securities laws.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Brandwein was an associate at an international law firm.
