Blair Cox

Blair Cox is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. She advises U.S.-registered investment companies, their advisers and independent trustees on a variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters. Ms. Cox also advises private fund sponsors on the formation, structuring, marketing and operation of private investment funds across a broad range of investment strategies.

During her first two years at Dechert, she gained experience across a variety of transactional practice groups at the intersection of law and finance.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Cox worked in both the public and private sectors and leverages that expertise to inform her broad practice. She joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2023.
