Caleb Coffman

Caleb Coffman is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Mr. Coffman focuses his practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies (including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and closed-end funds), as well as their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, corporate, compliance and business matters. 

Mr. Coffman has experience launching new mutual funds, exchange traded funds and closed-end funds, as well as merger and reorganization transactions. He also regularly advises independent board members of investment companies on corporate governance and regulatory issues. 

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Coffman was at another global law firm.
