
Katherine Coghlan focuses her practice on various investment management, derivative, and commodity matters. She advises registered investment companies (including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds), as well as their investment advisers on a wide range of corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters. Ms. Coghlan has advised clients with the development and registration of novel ETFs and with the conversion of mutual funds into ETFs.
Ms. Coghlan also assists clients with negotiating various derivatives trading agreements and assists commodity market participants with registration and compliance matters under the Commodity Exchange Act, CFTC regulation, and NFA rules and procedures.
