Lewis Cheney focuses his practice on financial services matters, advising clients on the formation, structuring, management, marketing and restructuring of investment funds, including hedge funds, debt funds and private equity funds. Mr. Cheney also advises on general corporate matters and service provider documentation. He has advised clients in the hedge fund, debt fund and private equity sectors.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Cheney was legal counsel at a global hedge fund manager and trained at a magic circle law firm.
