Tabatha Chandler

Tabatha Chandler is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group, advising on a wide range of investment funds matters. Ms. Chandler counsels managers on all aspects of the formation, structuring and operation of UK and international investment funds across a range of asset classes. She also provides guidance on related transactions including carried interest structuring, GP-led secondaries and co-investments.

Ms. Chandler also has experience advising institutional investors on the deployment of capital including primary fund investments, co-investments and LP-led secondary activity from single assets to large portfolio sales.
