Tabitha Crosier focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She regularly advises public and private companies and senior executives on a range of executive compensation and employee benefit issues. Ms. Crosier also advises clients on the structure, implementation and administration of employee benefit plans and the associated legal implications, including under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Crosier was an attorney in the New York office of an international law firm.
