Wilderness Castillo-Dobson is an associate in Dechert’s corporate and securities group and focuses his practice primarily on capital markets transactions and public company representation.

Mr. Castillo-Dobson has broad experience representing a range of stakeholders in capital raising, regulatory compliance and investor-relations matters, including SEC-registered issuers, market-leading underwriters, prominent investment advisers and activist shareholders.

Mr. Castillo-Dobson also maintains an active pro bono practice focused primarily on issues of court reform and housing justice.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Castillo-Dobson practiced in the New York office of another global law firm.
