Adam Davies

Adam Davies is a senior associate in Dechert’s financial services group. Mr. Davies focuses his practice on complex business transactions in the private funds secondary market and related liquidity transactions. Mr. Davies has extensive experience leading complex GP-led transactions across a range of asset classes, including buyout, credit, real estate and infrastructure, alongside advising clients on largescale LP portfolio sales, stapled secondary offerings, GP stake sales, preferred equity transactions and fund recapitalizations.

Mr. Davies also regularly acts for institutional investors and fund or fund clients in connection with their investment programs into funds and secondary transactions
