Deety Dubal

Deety Dubal is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. Her areas of focus include financial services and alternative investment management matters. Ms. Dubal acts for clients on the structuring, establishment, management, marketing and restructuring of investment funds across a broad range of asset classes. She advises on both liquid and illiquid strategies and on open-ended, hybrid and closed-ended fund structures across jurisdictions for European, UK and U.S. asset managers.

Ms. Dubal’s experience includes completing a secondment to a leading private credit asset manager, where she advised on general fund structuring, formation, management and marketing matters in respect of their products, as well as regulatory and governance matters in respect of their management entities.

Ms. Dubal trained at Dechert and was admitted as a solicitor in August 2024. Her previous experience includes serving as a paralegal at Goldman Sachs International and the Bank of New York Mellon, London branch.
