James Dorian is an associate in Dechert’s New York office and a member of the firm’s corporate and securities group. He focuses his practice on advising corporate, private equity and banking clients on capital markets and securities matters.
Mr. Dorian handles a range of public and private, domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including initial public offerings, investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, equity-linked securities offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, as well as matters involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and stock exchanges.
He works on transactions across various industries and regions.

- BellRing Distribution, LLC in connection with the US$840 million senior notes offering.
- Clearway Energy Operating LLC in connection with the upsized US$250 million offering of additional “green bond” senior notes.
