Linda Dwoskin's practice includes both litigation and counseling on a wide variety of employment and labor issues, including all forms of discrimination, sexual harassment, disability claims, restrictive covenant issues, the Worker Adjustment Retraining And Notification Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Linda also regularly conducts training programs nationwide and both conducts and advises on internal workplace investigations involving sensitive topics and high-level managers. 

As part of her litigation practice, she has represented employers ranging from small companies to multinational corporations, and she has litigated matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and a number of state and federal trial courts, as well as state and federal administrative agencies.

As part of her counseling function, Ms. Dwoskin drafts and revises policy manuals, employment and separation agreements, confidentiality agreements and restrictive covenants. She advises companies on conducting reductions in force and reorganizations and handling challenging leave and accomodation issues.. Ms. Dwoskin develops and conducts educational and interactive employment-related training programs on topics such as sexual harassment, the ADA and requests for reasonable accommodation, the FMLA and equal employment opportunity and fair employment practices. These seminars have been conducted nationwide and presented to all levels of a company’s organization. 

Ms. Dwoskin regularly conducts internal workplace investigations, and advises clients on conducting these investigations, in the areas of harassment and discrimination and other employee misconduct. Investigations have been conducted for large and small employers nationwide across a variety of industries, and they have involved highly placed managers and members of the boards of directors. 

Ms. Dwoskin writes regularly on employment law issues for journals such as Employee Relations Law Journal and Bloomberg BNA, in addition to Dechert publications. She has been quoted in several Bloomberg BNA publications on various employment-related topics, such as leaves of absence retaliation and parenting benefits. In 2014, the Burton Awards named her a recipient of the Distinguished Legal Writing Awards for Law Firms. She is a frequent speaker at both employment law and human resource conferences around the country.
