Margot Dahinden

Margot Dahinden is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. She advises on structuring, financing, marketing, fundraising and secondary transactions for investment funds and fund managers domiciled across various jurisdictions including the U.S., the UK and Europe. Ms. Dahinden has experience across a broad range of asset classes, including hedge, private credit and private equity and regularly advises on fund formation, investor negotiations and GP-led continuation vehicles and LP transfer processes.

Ms. Dahinden trained at Dechert and was admitted as a solicitor in 2026.
