Mathilde Duchamp

Mathilde Duchamp focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales and private equity. More broadly she provides corporate law advice to both French and foreign, listed and non-listed, companies. She also handles corporate documentation, especially relating to merger and acquisition operations and operations of reorganization (mergers, contributions).

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Duchamp worked as an associate at an international law firm based in Paris, and prior to that at a national law firm also based in Paris.
