Norma Chayo Dichi
Norma Chayo Dichi focuses her practice on the tax structuring and operation of investment funds, including both private and registered funds.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Chayo practiced at an international law firm in the United States and at a leading law firm in Mexico. She also worked at the OECD in Paris, where she assisted governments and tax authorities with the implementation of international tax standards.
Ms. Chayo earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University, where she was recognized as a Graduate Tax Scholar. She won the 23rd ABA Law Student Tax Challenge, receiving first-place awards for both the best oral round and best written submission.
