Sergio Delatorre

Sergio Delatorre is an associate in the financial services and investment management group.

Mr. Delatorre focuses his practice on advising registered investment companies, including mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, as well as their independent directors/trustees, on a wide variety of regulatory and compliance matters. Mr. Delatorre also advises clients on the development and launch of new ETFs, with a focus on disclosure and listing requirements.
