Yanchao Di

Yanchao Di is an associate in the corporate and securities team in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Di focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on private equity transactions.

He represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, alternative asset managers as well as strategic buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border multi-jurisdictional transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, growth equity investments, restructurings and other general corporate and business matters. Mr. Di experience spans a broad range of industries, including infrastructure, energy, industrials, technology, consumer brands and products, healthcare and professional services.

Prior to joining Dechert, he was an associate at another international law firm.
