Amy ElSayed is an associate in Dechert’s enforcement and investigations practice group. She represents clients in white collar and government investigations, complex commercial disputes and general litigation matters.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. ElSayed earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Hofstra Law Review. She holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University. From 2023 to 2025, Ms. ElSayed clerked for the Honorable Joanna Seybert in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
