Erin Elliott

Erin Elliott is an associate in Dechert’s litigation group. Her experience encompasses matters in multiple practice areas including complex litigation and mass torts. Ms. Elliott is an active contributor to Dechert Re:Torts, a monthly newsletter covering news and developments related to product liability and mass torts litigation.

Ms. Elliott maintains an active pro bono practice spanning various matters involving voter protection, veteran benefits and working with the Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity to help individuals apply for pardons.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Elliott focused on matters of public interest including federal Indian law, amicus advocacy before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and family law as an intern with the Florida Department of Children and Families.
