Sydney R. Eisenberg

Sydney R. Eisenberg is an associate in Dechert’s litigation group, focusing on antitrust litigation, complex commercial litigation and product liability and mass tort matters. Ms. Eisenberg maintains an active pro bono practice with an emphasis on civil rights matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Eisenberg interned at the United States Attorney’s Office and worked as a research assistant for the Education Rights Institute at the University of Virginia School of Law.

Ms. Eisenberg was a Dechert summer associate in 2023.
