Bob Frink

Bob Frink focuses his practice on asset-backed financing and securitization matters across a diverse range of asset classes including auto loans, credit card receivables, trade receivables, unsecured consumer loans and residential mortgage loan transactions. He represents issuers, sponsors, specialty finance companies, asset managers, lenders, borrowers and others in connection with term securitizations, warehouse financing facilities, portfolio sales and forward flows.

He has particular expertise in credit union-sponsored auto loan securitizations, where numerous clients rely on his significant depth of experience and market knowledge regarding this distinct asset class.

Mr. Frink’s client-focused approach is informed by his previous experience as in-house counsel at a Fortune 50 company, where he worked on a range of capital markets, structured finance and M&A transactions.
