Brannock Furey

Brannock Furey is an associate in Dechert’s Corporate & Securities group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. He represents private equity and venture capital sponsors and their portfolio companies, alternative asset managers and public and private company clients on a range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and other significant corporate transactions across a variety of industries.

Mr. Furey also has experience advising on corporate governance matters and capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings of privately-held companies and issuances of debt securities.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Furey was an associate at another international law firm.
