Elizabeth (Betsy) A. Falkoff focuses her practice on estate and succession planning for high‑net‑worth individuals and families, including founders, executives of public and private companies, as well as private equity and hedge fund principals.

Ms. Falkoff has extensive experience as a trusts and estates fiduciary advisor, representing executors and trustees in the administration of complex estates and trusts in Connecticut and New York.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Falkoff served as a principal in the Private Clients Group at a boutique trusts and estates firm with offices in Connecticut and Florida.
