Jacques Forbes

Jacques Forbes is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate practice group. Mr. Forbes focuses his practice on asset-backed financing and securitization matters across a range of asset classes including auto loans, unsecured consumer loans, and residential mortgage loans.

He represents issuers, sponsors, specialty finance companies, asset managers, lenders, borrowers, and others in connection with asset backed securitizations (ABS), residential mortgage loan backed securitizations (RMBS), residential transition loan backed securitizations (RTL), warehouse and repurchase financing facilities, and forward flows. 

Mr. Forbes also maintains an active Landlord/Tenant pro bono practice. 

He was a summer associate at Dechert in 2023.
